Installation Policy
What standard installation includes and how extra piping is billed.
Standard installation includes up to 3 metres of insulated copper pair, indoor wall mount, vacuum, gas check and basic outdoor stand where feasible.
Extra copper is billed per metre or per extra 3m kit as selected in cart. Core cutting, extra drain, outdoor cage, hi-wall civil work and extra electrical are quoted on site.
Preferred installation slot is captured at checkout. Access, parking and owner presence are required. Light-commercial and ducted jobs may need a separate site survey.
