How Fairdeal Air Conditioning sells, installs and services equipment from the Mahim dealership.
These terms govern purchases from Fairdeal Air Conditioning, 161 Veer Savarkar Marg, Cadell Road, Mahim (W). By placing an order you agree to the product specifications, add-on charges and installation scope shown at checkout.
Prices include GST as displayed. B2B buyers must furnish a valid GSTIN if they require a tax invoice in a company name. Title passes on delivery; risk in the goods passes on installation or buyer-arranged collection.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as set out in the Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy. Fairdeal may refuse an order if the pincode is not serviceable or stock cannot be confirmed.
