Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, return or request a refund.
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund of product and unused add-ons. After dispatch, returns are accepted only for DOA or wrong-model delivery, inspected by our engineer.
Installed units are not returnable except under manufacturer warranty replacement. Custom copper runs and opened AMC plans are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of warehouse QC.
